Sessions take place within an exclusive, private gym in Taplow, Maidenhead, which allows for complete focus and maximum time efficiency. The gym has an array of machines and equipment, allowing for an optimal training session.
A bit about your trainer, Sam….
With a Diploma in Level 3 Personal Training, a Bsc (hons) degree in Psychology, as well as extensive experience in Strength Training, Sam will help you to achieve those healthier body and mind goals.
Sam has worked with many women who are new to weight training, knowing how daunting it can be to move away from cardio and into using weights. Her knowledge and experience will not only provide you with a new confidence in this type of training, it will ensure you do so with safe and efficient form.
